Glenda will talk about how coordinated business action networks can facilitate change. Graduate students in managerial careers or those leading teams and interested in the nuances of change management, organizational development and strategic issues related to leading change are expected to particularly benefit from the workshop.
Dr. Glenda Eoyang is a pioneer in the field of 'Human Systems dynamics' which she founded and is a coauthor of “Adaptive Action: Leveraging Uncertainty in Your Organization“. She has worked extensively with public and private organizations and global companies such as 3M, Merrill Lynch, WK Kellog Foundation, Target store, various high tech startups, and numerous state and federal government agencies in the US to help them thrive in the face of overwhelming complexity and uncertainty.
