The Speed to Trust
In this session Mona Ayyad will challenge an age-old assumption that trust is merely a soft, social virtue and instead demonstrates that trust is a hard-edged, economic driver — a learnable and measurable skill that makes organizations more profitable, people more promotable, and relationships more energizing.
Mona will explore the 4 Cores of Credibility, the 13 behaviors of trust, trust dividends and trust taxes.
Nothing is as fast as the speed of trust. The ability to establish, grow, extend, and restore trust with all stakeholders is the critical leadership competency of the new global economy.
Mona is Director of Delivery Effectiveness with FranklinCovey Middle East. She is a highly experienced Learning & Development professional and qualified coach with experience gained within a broad range of organisations. The focus of Mona’s work is to initiate and encourage behaviour changes in support of personal and organisational development; changes that will improve performance in an increasingly competitive environment where people are often the only differentiator.
Mona has successfully managed Learning and Development teams in the UK with the BBC, Peabody Trust, Capita Learning & Development, The Industrial Society and WH Smith.
Mona is committed to her own personal development. Among her most recent qualifications are, a Diploma in Inter-Cultural Management and a Coaching Qualification. She is also corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
