The Master of Applied Finance and Banking (MAFB)
The Master of Applied Finance and Banking (MAFB) is designed to prepare students and professionals with advanced financial management and banking skills. Program Structure
The Master of Applied Finance and Banking (MAFB) consists of ten (10) subjects in total. Students typically complete two (2) subjects in a semester which consists of ten (10) teaching weeks. | Entry Requirements | A recognized Bachelors Degree in Business with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent. Probationary Admission: A student with a recognized Bachelors Degree in Business and a CGPA between 2.5 and 2.99 on a 4.0 scale may be granted probationary admission. Students on probation should take and complete two subjects in the first semester and must achieve a semester average score of “B” (60% at UOWD) in the two subjects taken to continue in the program. If the student does not obtain a minimum average score of B (60% at UOWD) in the two subjects the student will be dismissed and not allowed to enrol again in this program. |

| Articulation | Students, who have completed courses in MBA, MIB or MQM offered by UOWD, must meet the specific Admission Requirements of the MAFB Program in order to articulate over. In such cases, where eligibility exists, these students can complete the MAFB Program by completing 8 additional subjects. |
