Winter - January | Spring - April | Summer - July | Autumn - September
The program will teach you the methodologies and tools to harness information technology, from both strategic and operational perspectives, to create business efficiencies. It will enhance your analytical, problem solving, decision-making and critical thinking skills and help you to develop an understanding of key business concepts. As a BBIS graduate, you will be able to manage specifications, design and implement systems and select and apply appropriate technologies for the automation of business information.

Accreditation and Recognition
This program is accredited by the UAE Ministry of Education - Higher Education Affairs and is fully recognised within the UAE, GCC nations and internationally for further education and employment in the private and public sectors.
In addition, the program is quality assured by UOW, which is registered with the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA), the national regulator of the higher education sector in Australia. UOWD graduates have the opportunity to exchange their UOWD degree for the equivalent UOW Australia degree after completion.
To qualify for award of the degree of Bachelor of Business Information System, a candidate shall accrue an aggregate of at least 204 Credit Points (cp) which include General Education and Core subjects as specified in tables below and elective subjects from the approved list to bring the total 204cp. The electives must include 18 credit points of 300 level CSCI or ISIT subjects, Students may not take any electives at 100 level. Students are also required to accrue an overall weighted average mark (WAM) of 50%.
