The Human Resources Forum and UOWD invite you to attend a Presentation and Discussion by Joe McClary.

The 21st Century has thrown up huge new challenges. In the last few years alone, we've seen:

  • Millennials and Gen Z who make up a large part of the workforce need to be constantly engaged.
  • Organisations want to see quantifiable, instant Returns on Investment (ROI)
  • Artificial Intelligence and Robotics will cause a huge displacement of human capital.

In these uncertain times, one of the first area's to be impacted is Training. Creating "value" through ROI on Training Programs is therefore important in today’s climate.

In this Session you will learn to:

  • Define ROI
  • Recognize different methods for determining ROI
  • ROI evaluation (Rigorous vs Less Rigorous)
  • Steps in the Evaluation Process
  • List tips for making the ROI determination process simple.
