Mindfulness is maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and the surrounding environment. Mindfulness practices help us to increase our awareness, improves our attention and memory. With exams being right around the corner to learn some mindfulness techniques to help yourself concentrate better.
