Why attend WELS 2016?

Leadership is about influencing change and improvement. Leading change within the depatment, team or community requires considerable interpersonal skills and tact. Attending WELS2016 will help attendees acquire the require skills and toold by meetng women in the field, understanding the culture of leadership, and identifying their strenghs. With case studies, practical insights and life coaching from senior preofessionals and leaders in education, WELS 2016 aims to equip and cultivate high performance among attendees, dissipate strategies to overcome barriers and enhance communication skills.
