Bank Transfer

To pay your fees through bank transfer, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Confirm the Payment Amount

Check your Student Offer Letter for the exact payment amount you need to transfer to UOWD.

Step 2: Use the following banking details when initiating the transfer:

Step 3: Include Your Student Number

In the 'Details' section of your bank transfer, please make sure to include your 7-digit Student Number. This is crucial for us to correctly identify and process your payment.

Step 4: Send Proof of Payment

Once the transfer is complete, forward a copy of the payment proof to [email protected], indicating again your 7-digit Student Number.

Step 5: Allow for Processing Time

Please note that international bank transfers typically take 3-5 business days to complete, although it may take up to 10 days depending on the banks involved.

Step 6: Receipt Confirmation

You will receive a receipt from UOWD within a few days of us receiving your payment. If this is not received within 10 business days from the transfer, it is the responsibility of the student to check with the University that the payment has been accepted.
