Master's Fee Payment Procedures

At UOWD, we offer a range of secure and flexible payment options to make tuition payments convenient for students and their families.

1. Online Payments – with Amazon Payment Services (APS)
   Students can pay their tuition fees online using a Visa or MasterCard through our secure Online Payment Portal.
   
   For added flexibility, students can also use Amazon Payment Services (APS), which includes the Amazon Payment Plan. This allows eligible credit cardholders to break their tuition fees into manageable payments while ensuring a secure and seamless transaction experience.
   
   Installment plan availability and terms depend on your credit card provider. More details on available plans and conditions can be found here.
    
2. Bank Transfers
   Students can transfer payments directly to UOWD’s bank account. It is critical that you include your student number, along with your full name, in the payment reference. Payments without your student number cannot be allocated to your account correctly or on time. Click here for details.
    
3. Cash Payments via Al Ansari Exchange
   Students can pay their tuition fees at any Al Ansari Exchange branch across the UAE. Please present your student ID number when making the payment. (Only cash payments are accepted through Al Ansari Exchange, and a transaction fee applies.)

Important Note: Cash deposits directly into UOWD’s bank account are not permitted.

Degree Payment Plans

At UOWD, we offer flexible payment plans to help students manage their tuition fees in a way that best suits their financial situation. Below are the available options:

1. Amazon Payment Plan

Students who pay using Amazon Payment Services (APS) may be eligible for the Amazon Payment Plan, allowing them to break down tuition fees into manageable instalments.

How it works:

• The full tuition amount is charged to your credit card at the time of payment.
• You will then be presented with instalment options based on your bank’s eligibility.
• Select the plan that works best for you and complete your transaction.

• One-Click Checkout – Save your card details securely and make payments faster.
• Enhanced Security – Enjoy advanced fraud protection and data encryption.

2. UOWD Payment Plan

The UOWD Plan allows students to divide their tuition fees into three structured payments throughout the trimester:

• 1^st instalment – 50% of the total fee is due before the trimester’s classes start.
• 2^nd instalment – 25% of the total tuition fees is due in the second month of the trimester.
• 3^rd instalment – 25% of the total tuition fees is due in the third month of the trimester.

This plan offers students the convenience of spreading their tuition payments over time while ensuring they stay on track with their academic commitments.

The Finance Department will announce the instalment payment dates before the start of each trimester. If you choose the UOWD Payment Plan and pay online with your credit card, subsequent fee instalments will be automatically deducted from your card on the scheduled due dates.

3. Full Payment

Students also have the option to pay their tuition fees in full using any available payment method before the trimester's classes start.

• The full amount must be paid before the start of the trimester, based on the number of subjects enrolled.
• Payments must be completed before the due date mentioned in the Academic Calendar to avoid penalties.

Visa Sponsorship

If you wish to take up the UOWD Visa Sponsorship you should pay the tuition fees for the first trimester as per the Traditional Payment Plan. Following initial enrolment, sponsored students can make use of the various payment plans.
