Wrongdoing Disclosure
We are committed to a 'speak up' culture, encouraging reports of suspected 'Serious Wrongdoing' in accordance with Australian (New South Wales) legislation under the Public Interest Disclosures Act 2022 where UOW Global Enterprises is established. Reports will be taken seriously, investigated confidentially, and can be made anonymously. Support and protections are available to people making Public Interest Disclosure (PID) reports in line with the Fraud, Corruption and Serious Wrongdoing Policy and related Procedure.
UOW Global Enterprises encourages staff to report all wrongdoing regardless of whether they think it is a “serious wrongdoing” as set out in the policy using the form below.
To report wrongdoing for the UOWGE Group, you may use the online form:
Please note, this is not for reporting academic issues, workplace grievances (e.g. bullying) or appealing decisions. Refer to the Policy for the different types of wrongdoing covered by this form.
