Abdalla is a respected academic lecturer and researcher, sharing his knowledge at universities across the UAE. His two books, “By My Journey to Summit” and “TQM, HR & Performance MGT,” have cemented his expertise in human resource management. His contributions and dedication have earned him recognition with awards like the Rashid Award for Academic Excellence and the Sharjah Ruler’s Award.
