Dr Ritu Sehgal is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Business who specialises in Management and HR subjects with interests in Organization Analysis, Small Business Management, Change Management, Employee Relations Management and introductory courses in management.
She received her Bachelor of Commerce with honours from the Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi and her PhD from the Department of Commerce, University of Delhi in 2010 with a specialisation in the area of Organisation Behaviour.

Her teaching style is centred on the ability to inspire our students to engage in active learning and to help open up the frontiers to continuous learning.

Prior to joining UOWD, Dr Ritu taught at Gargi College, Shri Ram College of Commerce and Indraprastha College for Women, University of Delhi.
