GACs regional manager talks to UOWD students about careers in logistics Thirty students listened to Peter Orange Regional Manager of GAC, one of the regions largest logistics and shipping companies. Mr. Orange gave an interesting explanation of what logistics is and also outlined the many career opportunities in this field. Dubais geographic location, liberal trade conditions and booming economy mean the logistics industry here will continue to be a major employer and a career area worth considering for many graduates. Mr Oranges talk was enthusiastically received and a number of questions from the students were fielded afterwards.
