Study opportunities for HCT Students at UOWD

The University of Wollongong in Dubai (UOWD) and the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) signed an articulation agreement at UOWD's campus on 5th October.

The agreement paves the way for graduates from the HCT Higher Diploma in eBusiness Management to articulate into the Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Internet Science or Bachelor of Computer Science degrees at UOWD.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Prof. Nick van der Walt CEO UOWD, said "The Higher Colleges of Technology has earned a reputation for providing innovative learning opportunities for UAE nationals, the UOWD is delighted to be able to provide HCT students access to undergraduate degrees at UOWD".

Dr. James Pounder, Dean of Business at HCT , thanked the University of Wollongong in Dubai for its support by providing further education opportunities for HCT diploma holders who wished to upgrade their qualifications. "UOWD has achieved distinction as a teaching university with a reputation for the high quality of its academic programs and we are both honoured and privileged to be associated with such a pre-eminent institution in the UAE".
