UOWD Alumni Network members meet President Rob Whelan

The University of Wollongong in Dubai President Rob Whelan entertained the UOWD Alumni Network at a dinner at the University premises. The evening began with dinner being served while the alumni reconnected with old friends and met new friends. This enjoyable networking session included opportunities for the alumni to speak directly with UOWD Senior Executives who answered their questions regarding a variety of topics. After dinner, Professor Whelan gave a short presentation outlining the current success and direction of the University, followed by an information session on the PhD and DBA programs that UOWD hopes to launch soon, subject to the approval of the UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research
