Please note: These costs are in addition to the Graduation ticket cost and do not include tax or optional extras such as home delivery, embroidery, etc.

1. Register Your Details: Click here to create your account and place your order. Use your Student ID and select 'University of Wollongong in Dubai' from the dropdown menu.
2. Design Your Gown: Follow the steps on the platform to select your attire.
3. Place Your Order: Complete your order by following the instructions provided.
4. Confirmation Email: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

The deadline for placing your order is Friday, 9 October 2026.

We encourage you to order early to ensure timely delivery of your attire.

• Gown: The academic gown is three-quarters long and opens at the front, so your clothes will be visible. The gown is made of heavy material, so you may wish to leave your jacket with your family or friends.
• Headwear: You will be wearing the academic hat on your head, so we recommend a hairstyle that allows this to sit comfortably.
• Footwear: You will walk onto the stage via a ramp when you receive your certificate, so we recommend considering this when selecting your footwear.
• Cultural Garments: You are welcome to enrich the colour of the ceremony with garments from your cultural tradition.

We recommend picking up your gown from the address below before the ceremony, or you can opt for a courier delivery within the UAE (additional charge applies).

Additionally, you can pick up your attire from the ceremony venue on the day of the ceremony, but we do not recommend this option because there is a risk of the attire not fitting you correctly.
