Tickets, Guests and Seating

• Each graduate ticket costs AED 200, which covers participation in the ceremony and includes one guest ticket.
• You can purchase additional guest tickets for AED 200 per person.
• Children under 3 years of age can attend free of charge.
• Upon completing your registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Approximately 3 days before the ceremony, you will receive an email with your electronic tickets for yourself and your guests.

• Venue
  The ceremony is hosted at a 5-star hotel known for its impeccable service. The ballroom, equipped with the latest audiovisual technology, is designed to provide a luxurious setting for this significant event.
• Catering
  Celebrate this special occasion with your family, friends, and fellow graduates, accompanied by an elegant selection of gourmet canapés and beverages thoughtfully curated to suit a variety of tastes and preferences.
• Amenities and Services
  The pricing also covers various amenities and services that contribute to creating an unforgettable celebration for you and your guests.

Purchasing Guest Tickets

You can purchase guest tickets through our online booking system once it opens for your ceremony. Each guest ticket costs 200 AED, which includes entry to the graduation ceremony and the canapes and drinks reception afterwards.

To make sure everyone gets a fair chance to secure guest tickets for the graduation ceremony, we are limiting guest tickets to 6 per graduate, subject to availability.

You can book your place and obtain up to 6 guest tickets; 1 complimentary guest ticket and 5 additional guest tickets at AED 200 each.

Note: You can only register and purchase tickets once you are deemed eligible and receive your invitation email.

All tickets will be emailed to you approximately 3 days before the ceremony.

Guest Seating and Admittance

• Graduates and guests are seated separately during the ceremony. Graduates will be allocated a specific seat, that will be communicated via email before the ceremony.
• All guest seating is unallocated and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Children under the age of 3 are allowed free entry.
